What you share with us stays between us.
You bring personal things here — your name, your birth details, your questions. Here is exactly what we do with them, in plain language.
What we collect
Your email and account details. If you become a member: your full name at birth, date of birth, birth time (or that you don’t know it) and city of birth. Your saved history and settings. If you pay, Stripe (on the website) or Apple (in the app) processes the payment; we never see or store your card number.
What we use it for
Running Daily Alignment, and nothing else. Your birth details calculate your chart, your numbers and your layer on the calendar. Your full name at birth is used only to calculate your name numbers; it is never shown back or shared. Your email is used for what you ask for: account messages, your Membership receipt, and the daily almanac if you sign up for it. A city you type on Today stays on your own device and is used to work out sunrise, sunset and planetary hours.
The Guide
When you ask the Guide a question, it is sent to an AI service (OpenAI, through our hosting provider) to write the answer. For members, a short summary of their chart and numbers goes with it, never their name, email or date of birth. Questions and answers are not saved; we keep only a count of questions per day.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with advertisers. We do not use your information for anything beyond running Daily Alignment.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from emails at any time with one click. Cancel Membership at any time: on the website from the You page, or in the app through your iPhone Settings under Subscriptions. To have your data corrected or deleted, write to hello@dailyalignment.life and we’ll take care of it.
We use trusted services to run the product — payment processing, email delivery, hosting. They handle data only as needed to provide their service to us. That is the whole list.
