Alignment Keepsake — Shipping
Each keepsake set is handcrafted from your personal birth chart. Please allow 7–10 days for delivery.
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not yet available.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your set is on its way.
All keepsake orders ship via standard ground delivery. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each Alignment Keepsake is made specifically for you from your birth data, personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Palm Alignment Reading — Delivery
Your personalized Palm Alignment Card is a digital product delivered to your account and email.
After you upload your palm photos, a real advisor will reach out to you for your live reading. Your card will follow soon after.
You'll receive an email notification as soon as your card is ready, with a link to view and download it.
